Below is a listing of the Water Fitness Classes that are being given in the 2nd quarter 2018 (April to June).

Open Water Fitness, the pool is open for use by registered participants:
Mon. 7:00-9:15am, 3:00-4:45pm
Tue. 7:00-9:00am, 3:00-4:45pm
Wed. 7:00-9:15am, 3:00-4:45pm
Thur. 7:00-9:00am, 3:00-4:45 pm
Fri. 7:00-12:00pm, 1:00-4:45pm
Lifeguard is on duty but no instruction is available.

Arthritis Basic
