A 3-prolonged approach to improving range of motion, strength, and balance.
An excellent class for those who consistently work out with weights and need to stretch muscles and improve range of motion.
Weights and therabands will be used for strength training, along with chair assisted exercises to help with fall prevention.
*Mat work will not be included during summer quarter.
Class Capacity: Onsite 35; Virtual unlimited.
Each class is 45-50 minutes.
